Terms of Service

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of gritwrite, a web app operated by Outprice LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada ("Outprice," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using gritwrite, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use gritwrite. By creating an account, you represent that you meet that threshold and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@gritwrite.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person or legal entity per account. You may not share login credentials. Multi-user team plans may be offered separately in the future.

Free tier: three (3) lifetime rewrites, no card required.

Paid plan (Shop, $29/month) is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until canceled. The amount charged is the price shown on the pricing page at checkout, exclusive of any applicable taxes.

One-time products: the $49 Shop Audit Report is a single-purchase deliverable, not a subscription. Refunds are handled per the policy below.

Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Refunds: we don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you've been charged in error, email legal@gritwrite.com within thirty (30) days and we'll review in good faith.

Plan changes: we may adjust pricing or quotas. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any change takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Use gritwrite to generate content that infringes intellectual property rights you don't hold, or to re-publish copyrighted text you didn't write.
• Use the service for content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates applicable consumer-protection laws.
• Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, attempt to bypass rate limits or plan quotas, or interfere with its operation.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose our API or generated output to other end-users as if it were your own service, without a separate written agreement.
• Use the service in any way that puts our infrastructure at risk, including coordinated abuse via multiple anon cookies or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of the listing copy you submit and the rewrites you generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you.

You're responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to submit it. We may, but are not obligated to, review or remove Your Content if we believe it violates these Terms.

gritwrite uses AI models to generate copy from your inputs. Generated output is provided "as is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. We make no guarantees that generated copy will be original, accurate, suitable for a specific marketplace's rules, or free from errors.

Marketplace rules: while we tune output for marketplace constraints (e.g. Etsy's 140-character title and 13-tag limits), we don't guarantee compliance with every platform policy. Always review output before listing.

gritwrite, the gritwrite wordmark, and all software, UI, and brand assets are owned by Outprice LLC. These Terms don't grant you any rights in our trademarks or in our underlying software.

gritwrite integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, Anthropic for model inference, Resend for email, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for their actions.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use gritwrite ends immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

gritwrite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outprice LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of gritwrite. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outprice LLC against claims arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of generated output, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where you have an account, sent to the email on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
